Unsure od fabrics the tartan feels like cotton polyester blend. The black feels as through it has wool blend in the fabric as it’s a warm fabric. Buttons on both sides

This suggests it would best fit a size 10 fitted or depending on the fit you want it could be worn bigger in a 6-8
